The MEINL Claves De Luxe are made from a superb, dense hardwood which delivers a very cutting and bright tone.
Due to their small size they are portable and convenient but still enable a loud, solid rhythmic foundation on stage and in studio sessions
African Claves are slightly larger and have a lower fundamental pitch.
Additionally, the resonating body is larger than the striker
