- If you are ordering from outside the PAL format zone (e.g. from USA or Japan) you may have trouble playing the DVD's on your domestic player but they should still work on a computer DVD drive. If you end up with a DVD which won't play or maybe only in black and white, let us know and we can authorise a return here
