Using your own official ordering system

The following establishments can order immediately using your own order forms - Local Authority Nurseries, Schools, Colleges and other educational establishments (including Academies), Music Service or Music Hubs, Music Therapy organizations and Health Service Departments. You can order by any of the following methods
- POST your order form to Knock on Wood, Unit 3, Carlton Park Industrial Estate, Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 2NL. For simplicity, you can attach an official order form to a screenshot of the shopping basket from the website
- EMAIL your order form to info@knockonwood.co.uk
- NB if you prefer to, you can make a personal pre-paid order on the website, and have it delivered to the school or institution.
Remember carriage is free to UK mainland addresses over £79.16 ex vat (£95 inc vat)
We will provide a vat invoice to pass to your accounts department by email or post.
Invoices should be settled by BACS or cheque within 30 days (our bank details are on the bottom of the invoice)
Sorry but we don’t offer this credit facility to music groups or bands
