Tam Tam Gong with mallet comes ready to set up and play. It features raw, hammered sections with a traditionally lathed body to produce an authentic sound. With a soft-headed mallet for traditional playing and a rope for hanging from a gong stand, you can enjoy the  tam tam gong as it was intended to be heard.

The tam tam gong is a traditional Chinese instrument that's become common in orchestral, concert band and percussion ensemble. It produces no audible definite pitch making it ideal for adding mighty crashing sounds to a piece of music.
